Denver metro solar-service questions.
Can you service solar you did not install?
Yes. We inspect and repair systems installed by other companies, including systems whose original installer closed. Share the equipment details so we can confirm compatibility and the scope. For leased or third-party-owned equipment, the owner’s authorization requirements need to be resolved before work.
My solar app is offline. Has the system stopped producing?
Not necessarily. Internet, gateway or cellular communication problems can stop reporting while the panels continue producing. We review available production data, equipment status and communications to identify the issue. Read the offline monitoring guide.
Should I call before my roofer starts?
Yes. Let us coordinate panel removal, storage, flashing and reinstallation before tear-off. Share the roofing contact and target schedule so the solar and roof work can follow one plan.
What should I send for a service estimate?
Your property address, best contact number, panel count if known, inverter or battery model, a description of the problem, any fault messages and photographs you already have. We confirm the scope and pricing before work.
Do you serve areas outside Denver metro?
Yes. We review other Colorado projects based on the location, equipment and travel requirements. Eclipse also serves regional projects in Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois and Kansas. Contact us to confirm availability for your address.
