Start with what your property needs
A good roofing project begins with an honest look at the roof. We explain what we find, what can be repaired, and when replacement deserves consideration.
Tear-off and replacement with attention to decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and drainage—not just the shingles you see.
Leak investigation, damaged or missing shingles, flashing concerns and targeted repairs. We assess the surrounding roof so the repair makes sense for its condition.
Roof inspections, photographs and a detailed restoration scope. When a claim is involved, we provide documentation and explain the proposed work.
Call about active leaks or exposed roofing. We’ll discuss temporary protection, including tarping when appropriate, and confirm availability and safe access.
Solar removal, protected staging, roofing, new flashing, reinstallation and system checks belong in the same plan. We coordinate the sequence from the start.
Commercial buildings, multiple properties, low-slope roofs or specialty materials start with a site review. We confirm the roof system, crew and project requirements before proposing work.
Prepared before the first shingle comes off
Measurements, materials, access, permits and the cleanup plan all matter. We work through those details with you before construction begins.
Review the roof’s visible condition, leak concerns, flashing, penetrations and solar equipment when present. Photographs help make the findings clear; drone imagery can support the inspection when useful and conditions allow.
Define repairs or replacement, materials, tear-off, ventilation, flashing, disposal and any solar work. Identify allowances, exclusions, payment terms and how hidden damage will be handled.
Confirm material availability, local permit and inspection requirements, the crew schedule, delivery and dumpster locations, property protection, and any HOA coordination. You know who to contact and how to prepare.
Carry out the agreed work and keep you informed about progress. If tear-off reveals unexpected conditions, we document them and review the proposed scope and price change with you before additional permanent work proceeds.
Complete debris removal, a magnetic sweep where appropriate, a final walkthrough and any required inspections. Review project photos, warranty information and the service contact for questions after the job.

The Eclipse advantage
Solar panels add another layer of coordination. Removal, storage, roof attachments, electrical connections and production checks need attention alongside the roof itself.
We also service systems installed by other companies. For leased or third-party-owned equipment, authorization requirements should be resolved before work begins.

From the first inspection to the final warranty paperwork, here are the details homeowners ask about most.
No. We provide roof repairs, replacement and storm restoration for properties with or without solar. If you have solar now—or want it later—we can coordinate the roofing plan around it.
That depends on the extent of the problem, the condition of the surrounding roof, prior repairs, material compatibility and remaining service life. We inspect and explain the findings before recommending a scope. A leak or storm report alone does not automatically mean you need a complete replacement.
We help homeowners with shingle roofing, repairs, replacement and storm restoration, including projects with solar. For commercial buildings, metal, tile, flat or low-slope roofs, we start with the existing roof system and site requirements, then confirm the appropriate materials and crew before committing to the project.
Roof size, slope, height, access, material choice, tear-off, decking condition, flashing, ventilation, disposal, permits and solar work all affect the price. We prepare a written estimate based on the property and scope. If an initial estimate is prepared without a site visit, it is preliminary and subject to inspection.
They can be worth comparing in hail-prone areas. Impact ratings and independent product testing help inform that decision, but impact-resistant shingles can still be damaged. We can discuss suitable options and costs. Ask your insurer whether a specific product qualifies for a discount and whether policy terms change.
Call 303-944-5020 and tell us where water is entering and whether roofing is exposed. Keep clear of damaged ceilings and wet electrical equipment, and photograph the situation from a safe location. We will discuss temporary protection and confirm availability; permanent repairs depend on safe access, weather and the roof’s condition.
Yes. We can provide inspection photographs, documented findings and an itemized scope, and answer questions about the proposed work. You decide whether to submit a claim. Your insurer determines coverage, depreciation, deductibles and payment; an inspection is not a promise of claim approval.
Plan for your policy’s deductible, any noncovered work and any upgrades you choose. Those amounts should be clearly separated from the insurer’s payment. We do not promise a cost-free roof or waive insurance deductibles. Confirm your coverage and payment obligations with your insurer before authorizing work.
Contact your mortgage servicer’s insurance-claims or loss-draft department for its endorsement and fund-release requirements. It may request contractor documents, inspections or staged disbursements. Share those requirements early so we can coordinate the job paperwork and payment schedule with you.
The on-site work is only one part of the schedule. Roof size and complexity, materials, weather, hidden damage, permits and solar removal can affect timing. We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing the scope and material availability, and communicate changes as they arise.
We confirm the permit and inspection requirements for the property and identify who is responsible for each item in the project scope. Ask us for current insurance documentation and the contractor credentials applicable to your location. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and type of work.
Hidden conditions may not be visible during the initial inspection. Your estimate should explain any decking allowance or unit pricing. If additional work is needed, we document the condition and review the proposed change and price with you before proceeding with additional permanent work.
Panels over an area being replaced generally need to be removed for access. We include the removal, staging, roof flashing, reinstallation and system checks in the plan when needed. Equipment owned by a leasing or financing provider may have separate authorization requirements.
Many homeowners stay home, but roofing is noisy and access around the property will change. Plan a quiet place for children and pets, move vehicles from the work area, and protect fragile items from vibration. We review access, deliveries, landscaping, cleanup and any equipment shutdowns before work begins.
The project scope covers tear-off, debris handling and disposal for the agreed work. We plan property protection, remove job debris and perform a magnetic sweep where appropriate. A final walkthrough gives you an opportunity to raise cleanup concerns before closeout.
Eclipse offers a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties are separate and depend on the products and installation requirements. Review your written warranty for the covered scope, exclusions, transfer provisions and service process. An existing solar warranty should also be considered when planning removal and reinstallation.
Colorado is our home base, with regional service across Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Kansas. Availability depends on the project, roof system and location. Send your property address and scope so we can confirm service and scheduling.
