Find your installer & start adoptionWe begin by understanding the equipment, monitoring access, production status and visible condition of your array. From there, we create a practical service path without requiring you to replace a functioning system.
We identify the major system components and available monitoring tools.
We check current reporting and flag conditions that deserve attention.
You gain a responsive service partner for repairs, storms, roofing and upgrades.
An unavailable installer does not automatically mean the equipment is unsupported. Many systems can be repaired, remapped, reconnected to monitoring and maintained by a qualified independent provider.
We can start with the system you already own. Share your property location, original installer name, equipment brand and what changed. Missing plans or an unavailable monitoring account do not prevent an initial conversation.
Manufacturer warranties may still apply under their terms. We review available equipment information and explain the service scope; another installer’s workmanship obligations do not automatically transfer to Eclipse.
An offline account and an electrical fault call for different work. We check available production information, communications and account access. Read what an offline solar app can mean before your service call.
